The firm began in 1980. B.J. O'Connor, CPA, a former Price Waterhouse & Co., Management Advisory Services manager began providing Information Technology services to the Kodiak Island Borough, City of Kodiak, City of Bethel, Association of Village Council of Presidents and the Lower Yukon School District.
In 1983, the firm became involved with St. George Island upon the withdrawal of the Federal government from the Pribilof islands. We helped them to develop their economy by providing financial advice. Today, we are still involved in providing financial support and consulting services to both St. Paul and St. George islands.
In the 90's, we expanded our staff and services. Expanded services include tax preparation and planning, IRS intervention, litigation support, and more traditional CPA services such as compiled and reviewed financial statements. BJ is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Business Manager and a Certified Government Financial Manager.
Suzanne J. O'Connor has over 28 years of experience primarily in the information technology and tax fields. She is a certified Quick Books consultant and provides technical advice on other software packages. She provides tax preparation and consulting services.
